임상 실험 절차와 조건
* 본 임상 실험은 캐나다 임상 실험의 기준과 절차에 따라 진행됩니다.
1. 목적:
① 서울 지역 대학 입시 수험생들에게 캐나다 생산 천연 인지기능향상 제품(캐나다 식약청 허가번호 80114427)이 얼마나 도움이 될 수 있는지 알아보기 위함.
② 공부 잘하는 약으로 처방 되고 있는 ADHD 처방약을 캐나다 식약청 허가번호 80114427 제품이 얼마나 대체할 수 있는가를 알아보기 위함.
2. 캐나다 식약청 허가번호 80114427는 일반적인 성적 향상 효과와 안전성이 이미 확보된 제품이라 섭취 시에 위험은 없습니다. 단지, 치열한 한국 대학 입시 환경에서 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는가, 그래서 부작용이 많은 ADHD약을 남용하는 것을 막을 수 있는가를 검증하는 것입니다.
3. 진약(Nocebo): 인지기능 향상으로 캐나다 식약청 허가를 받은 캐나다 식약청 허가번호 80114427.
4. 위약 (Placebo): 인지기능 향상 약효만 제거된 건강에 좋은 제품으로 캐나다 식약청 허가번호 80114427와 포장과 제형이 같습니다.
5. 다른 교과목의 성적향상도 분석되지만, 주로 수학 과목에서의 성적향상을 측정합니다.
6. 가능하다면 교사들의 참여와 추천이 있으면 더 환영합니다.
7. 이미 ADHD 약의 처방을 받고 있는 학생도 환영합니다.

* Terms and Conditions
- Study design: It is a randomized controlled trial (RCT). This means that the students would be randomly assigned to either the treatment group (which would use Health Canada NPN 80114427) or the control group (which would not use Health Canada NPN 80114427).
- Participants: High school students in Seoul, Republic of Korea, who are preparing to go to college this coming year or next. They should be similar in terms of their academic ability, gender, and other factors that could affect their academic performance. The starting size will be about 100 for necebo group, 30 control (placebo) group.
- Intervention: The intervention in the study would be one month usage and three month usage of Health Canada NPN 80114427.
- Outcomes: The primary outcome of the study would be the students' academic performance in SooNeung (GPA). Grades in Math.
- Statistical analysis: The data from the study would be analyzed using statistical methods to determine 1) whether there was a significant difference in the academic performance of the students in the treatment group and the control group, 2)This product is more effective than ADHD treatment. We will use t-tests or ANOVA.
- Limitations: ADHD treatments for academic performance are off-label use and regarded as immoral. The ADHD control group data can not be trusted with the same level of confidence.
- There will be necessary ethical approvals from relevant Canadian authorities and/or institutional review boards. Participants will provide informed consent, and take steps to protect their privacy and confidentiality.
